- Operable range of vacuum and exhaust pressure.
- “04” models are built-to-order items.
- Actual operating noise measured on a new pump with the ORION recommended motor running under standard vacuum/pressure conditions. Operating noise level is from a position of 1 m in front of the product and at a height of 1 m.
- Recommended range: Combined total of degree of vacuum and exhaust pressure is 60 or lower.
- Maximum values: Total of the following degree-of-vacuum / exhaust-pressure combinations: 55/20, 55/30, 40/40, 35/50.Maximum values: The maximum continuous degree of vacuum of the dry pump and the upper limit of exhaust pressure. Do not operate the pump beyond these maximum values. Doing so can reduce the lifespan of the pump and may result in breakdown or an accident.
- There may be a possibility of pump damage in applications involving extremely low humidity-controlled environments. Please consult your dealer if this is a concern.
- The allowable intermittent power supply voltage fluctuation range is ±10%, and the allowable sustained supply voltage fluctuation range is ±5% of the specified voltage.
- When using a motor other than the ORION standard motor, follow the electrical guidelines printed on the nameplate of the motor used.
- Please install an overload protection device (such as a thermal relay).
